The presentation was stunning and it was the little extra things you did that made the difference. Like ensuring the oysters were super fresh and serving them on fresh rose petals - beautiful! The heirloom tomato salad was divine and the fillet of beef was 'melt in the mouth'. My personal favourite was the balsamic onion tarts - with your special short crust pastry. Sourcing and serving local and organic produce ensured the food was full of flavour, colour and natural texture.
