Thank you so much for putting up with all our crazy menu changes and specific wishes, your patience, flexible attitude and fabulous menu ideas were so appreciated by Dave and I. Right from when we first met you took the time to ask "what style of food we liked and if there is anything we enjoyed cooking for each other or sharing when we eat out", we knew that we wanted to work with you and admired your personal approach.

Everything you produced that night was amazing however I would have to say the duck rolls and tenderloin of beef got many comments. The Granny Smith apple gelato was the hit of the night! It was spectacular, you should be congratulated on this piece de resistance - so many people commented. It was just the perfect end to the menu. Would you be happy to share this recipe with us?
